    Please send your photo via WhatsApp with your order number. It is very important that the photo is of high quality. A clear and accurate resolution of your photo will help improve the quality of the design.

  3. Do you accept returns or exchanges for personalized products?
    Since we create personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review the design details and products before placing your order.

  4. When will my products be delivered?
    We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and will be shipped the day after the processing day. Once your order is ready, it will be delivered to you via a shipping company. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

  5. What payment methods do you accept?
    On our website, we accept payments via credit card and debit card through secure payment gateways (Stripe). Once you complete your payment, your order will be processed.
